PROFEED HELP

A good start.

Connect and preview

  1. Sign in to your Profeed account and choose Connect Webflow.
  2. Approve the requested access for your chosen site.
  3. Open Profeed LinkedIn Feeds in the Webflow Apps panel and refresh the connection.
  4. Paste a public LinkedIn Company or Showcase Page URL and choose Preview your feed.

Design your feed

Choose Grid, List, Carousel or Masonry. Start with Minimal, Social or Dark, then set columns, colors, spacing, image ratios and content visibility. Use the mobile preview to check your layout.

Subscribe and publish

Purchase an annual plan in your account. Return to the Designer, refresh your connection, select the parent container, and choose Add to page. Publish your site when ready. Profeed never automatically publishes other site changes.

Edit and reuse

Select a Profeed container or choose a saved feed in the app. Save settings to update existing widgets. Add the same widget to more pages on the same site without consuming another connection. Each page needs the registered runtime; add it through the app.

Refresh and availability

Collection targets every three hours. A manual refresh can be requested once every 15 minutes per source, shared across customers. First collection may take a little time. Existing posts stay visible during temporary collection failures. An old post date does not mean a refresh failed.

Remove or disconnect

Use Remove feed in the app or Disconnect in your account. Delivery stops and Profeed attempts to remove its applied scripts. Publish to make script removal effective, then delete remaining Profeed containers. If automatic cleanup failed, remove Profeed’s scripts in page and site Custom Code settings and publish. Preserve your other scripts.

Supported content and site requirements

Public Company and Showcase Pages are supported. Personal profiles and School Pages are excluded. Media, video references and engagement counts depend on what the public source provides. Published feeds require a Webflow site or Workspace plan that supports the app’s custom-code integration. The app checks availability during setup; Webflow hosting is purchased separately.

Troubleshooting

If access was revoked, reconnect your site. If checkout succeeded but access has not updated, use Sync subscription. A copied site needs its own installation and available plan allowance. For missing media, open the original LinkedIn post. Contact Profeed support for help.
